Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Include the original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If the refund is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
